A minimum hiring fee applies for Non Golf Functions and a deposit is required when making your booking.
The Fairways Function Room is situated upstairs in the clubhouse overlooking the golf course. The Fairways Function Room can cater for a ceremony, reception or any function that you have in mind. No two functions are alike; each function is designed to suit your individual needs. We will ensure that your function at our Club has a welcoming atmosphere, great food and drinks with friendly but attentive service. A professionally organised event allowing you to simply relax and enjoy your function with family and friends.
The Venue and Grounds
The Oaks Golf & Country Club is nestled in a bushland setting surrounded by the beauty of the Hunter Valley Vineyards and majesty of the Watagan and Brokenback Ranges.
Our Function Centre is a suitable venue for Corporate Lunches or Dinners, Weddings, Birthdays, Trade Presentations or any special event.
